I hate buying cars and have not had to for 13 years! My experience with CMH has been first class, I dealt with the office staff and mechanic in Martin's absence initially, then with Martin on the final sale. Everyone was friendly and helpful and when there was an issue with the wing mirror 2 days later it was sorted with a quick visit.

Recently bought my Dacia Sandero from Martyn who was great. No hard sell, made everything very easy by taking my old car in part ex and sorting all the paperwork out including claiming road tax back with zero fuss. Even put 2 new tyres on after the sale had already been agreed without me asking. Recommended. Chris who did the valet job on the car did a top job.

Can't fault them, had an issue with my car, Martin came out with a mechanic took it away and gave the car a full check, battery had failed, being sorted now.

Won't go anywhere else! I've used CMH for a few years, initially just for MOT's but since buying a car from them last year I have to say - their professionalism and dedication to their customers is next level. I have, on several occasions, called in need of help and they always take the car and fix the issue on the same day. I have never felt like more of a valued customer anywhere else. Great value for money but I'll continue using them purely for the service. 10/10

I brought my car in without an appointment this morning because it was making a noise, the guys diagnosed and fixed the car for me within a matter of hours so I could get on with my day with no disruption. They continue to provide fantastic customer service and great knowledge and I really can't rate them highly enough! Professional and friendly, have used them for MOT's and have just bought a car from them which I LOVE!

Exceptional Customer Service

I have just bought a car at CMH. Absolutely cannot fault anything from the beginning to the end of the process. When I originally came to view the car, I didn't feel like they were pushing me to buy, which is something that I hate when buying something. All staff were really friendly, approachable. Allowed us to test drive the car and answered any questions we had. I noticed some dents on the car that I was interested in and the staff here fixed it and also said that they would do any advisories that came back on the MOT which is something they have no obligation of doing, which is amazing and gave me peace of mind that my car was going to be fine to drive. They talked me through everything they had done and the car came with 6 months warranty and breakdown cover, which also adds to the peace of mind.

I would not hesitate in using this garage again, or in recommending them for exceptional customer service and lowering the stress of buying a new car.

Great garage. Been coming here for years now and Martyn is always really helpful and offers great customer service, as do the other staff. My opinion of the garage is that they are reliable, honest and trustworthy and I will continue to take my business there.
