To book a vehicle we require full payment for the hire in advance, a £100 deposit can be left for bookings on Minibus & MPV's. If for any reason the hire is cancelled, this payment will be used as a none refundable deposit which will be retained as cancellation fee.
All hires include a £500 policy excess on all Cars, Vans, Minibuses and MPV's .
Driver qualification, 25-70 years, full clean driving licence held for a minimum of twelve months.
Documentation required at time of hire:
- DRIVING LICENCE (PHOTOCARD LICENCE BOTH SECTIONS)
- PASSPORT
- CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
- UTILITY BILL/BANK STATEMENT (DATED WITHIN THE LAST 3 MONTHS)
Mileage allowance 100 miles per day, 700 miles per week, excess mileage will be charged at the rate of 10p per mile + VAT.
